IdentiSolve was founded in Texas by identity practitioners who have spent their careers on both sides of the table — running identity programs inside the enterprise, and delivering them as consultants for global brands.

The people who actually know the platforms are rare — and they're usually three layers away from your project. We built IdentiSolve to close that gap: a compact firm where the experts are the delivery team.
Our core craft runs deepest in the One Identity stack — Identity Manager, Active Roles, Safeguard, On Demand — with fluency across the wider IAM/IGA landscape, custom development when products run out of road, and a working practice in AI that most identity firms are still writing thought-leadership about.

Travis Lear
Travis has spent more than twenty years in enterprise IT — fifteen of them in identity. He started on the customer side, inside a Fortune-500 enterprise, watching consultants struggle to deploy the company's identity governance platform. So he learned the platform himself, helped land the deployment, and then crossed the table.
Over the decade and a half since, he has delivered IGA and PAM programs for global brands across consumer goods, technology, insurance, retail, and manufacturing — in principal consultant, practice lead, and product owner roles at some of the industry's largest identity consultancies, including an eight-year flagship engagement inside a single global identity program. He is a certified product trainer who has trained consultants around the world, and a founding member of one of the largest AI-systems communities, where he coaches teams on practical AI and LLM deployment.
IdentiSolve is the firm he wished he could have hired — from either side of the table.
